By registering and attending ICSR matrimonial social event, I agree and acknowledge the following:

1. I am atleast 18 years of age.
2. ICSR, its agents and officers make no warranty or guarantee that you will meet a person of interest for the purpose of marriage.
3. You will hold ICSR, its agents and officers harmless for all and any issues and problems now and in the future that may arise from attending this event.
4. ICSR, its agents and officers are not acting as matchmakers and no promises are made orally, in writing or implied that participation in this event will derive specific results of any kind.
5. Participants are solely responsible for making their own decision and are under no obligation to any other participants.
6. Participants are responsible and are encouraged to conduct their own consumer and criminal background checks on any individual they wish to continue a dialogue with post event.
7. I understand that ICSR, its agents and officers is merely hosting this event to facilitate a get together for community members who are interested in marriage.
8. ICSR has not charged me a participation fee other then the registration and application fee of  $10.00 
9. I agree to abide by the rules set forth and I further understand that ICSR reserve the right to reject an application at its sole discretion. If an application is rejected, ICSR will refund the registration and application fee of $10.00 
10. I attest the information provided in the application and other registration forms is correct and completed to the best of my knowledge.
11. I give permission to ICSR to contact me or my representative for a follow up interview, if required as determined by ICSR.
